Our stay at Agriturismo Il Castello was a delightful escape into the heart of Umbria. The 13th-century farmhouse nestled within the Mount Subasio Natural Park offered a tranquil retreat surrounded by Tuscanian beauty. The traditional Umbrian cuisine served, made from organic vegetables grown onsite, was a true culinary delight, embodying the essence of farm-to-table dining.The rustic rooms, with terracotta floors and wooden furniture, exuded warmth and charm, while the amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom ensured a comfortable stay. The onsite restaurant, Il Castello, provided a taste of authentic Umbrian flavors with al fresco dining under the stars, creating a truly magical dining experience.Exploring the area was a breeze with the complimentary bicycles, allowing us to venture to Cantina Di Filippo and Tenuta Castelbuono for local activities. The attentive housekeeping and multilingual staff added a personal touch to our stay, making us feel right at home in this rural oasis. A true gem in the heart of Umbria, we can't wait to return and share this hidden treasure with our friends.
